INSPIRE SERIES
The Inspire series is no joke. If you're looking for a drone to throw in the minivan to document this summers family vacation, an Inspire should not be your first, or second choice. Weighing in at 6+ pounds, these heavyweights were made for the serious filmmaker. Unique to the Inspire series is the option to choose which Zenmuse camera/gimbal best suits your needs. Additionally, two controllers may be used simultaneously; one to control the drone, and one to operate the camera/gimbal.

INSPIRE 2
Inspire 2
A great first drone…not! Well, unless you have deep pockets and to heck with the training wheels. Coming in at $2,999 (not including the camera/gimbal), excluding their enterprise line, the inspire 2 is DJI’s top professional drone. One can see why with a top speed of 58 mph, up to 27 minute flight time (9 minutes longer than Inspire 1 V2.0) and a 4.3 mile control range. Unlike some of DJI’s other drone line upgrades, the Inspire 2 is a completely different drone than its predecessors.
